Day 3 at home, so far, so good

Day 3 is starting out great!  Everyone got to sleep last night.  We spent a lot of time between the pediatricians office and the hospital yesterday because Harper had some feeding problems on Wednesday night and she started looking yellow again.  Luckily, we picked the most amazing pediatrician who immediately sent us to get another bilirubin check.  He also has a lactation consultant on staff who met with us for over an hour and gave us a plan to follow to get Harper's weight back on track.  I think lactation consultants are angels among us.  It feels so much better to have a plan in place and to have such a concerned team watching over her.  We're going back this afternoon to check her weight and make sure things are moving in the right direction!  We want a nice, happy, chubby baby! :)

Harper had 2 firsts today.  Her first bath at home and her first family walk around the neighborhood.  She didn't seem to mind the bath until we washed her hair, which she wasn't thrilled with but still tolerated.  We used the duckie hooded towel from Auntie Jenny. (Thank you, she loved it!)
